• Susan and I cannot thank you enough for a truly amazing and informative day we spent with you yesterday. To have met two of the Cape's young and innovative winemakers was a great experience and our knowledge of wine making here in South Africa was broadened. You gave us, as well, an insight to the precarious economics of wine producers here in the Cape. After our fabulous wine tour with you, we visited several other vineyards including Springfield in Robertson and also Raka where both times we were fortunate enough to meet the wine makers, at Springfield Abrie Bruwer and at Raka Josef Dreyer.....  Susan joins with me in sending warm regards and thanks for embarking us on our South African adventure. With grateful thanks for a memorable day, Best wishes Ian & Susan Henderson, Sussex
